Can anyone help me remember the name of this song for concert band?

There's a song written for concert band that I heard quite a while
ago, but I can not for the life of me remember who wrote it or what
it's called, however what I do know is this:

It is a slow song.
It starts with solo piano and then low brass is introduced.
The piano part is in the Lydian mode, something along the lines of
FGABC and then GFEDC.

I know this is very vague but I figured I'd try. My best guess as to
the composer is Vaghuan Williams, Elgar, Grainger, Holst or someone
else along those lines.

Please help! I have no leads.
